Este vorba despre un dispozitiv asemănător celor de la cărucioarele pentru copii care previne mişcarea liberă a roţilor, blocându-le nu rotirea în jurul axului roţii ci pivotarea liberă în toate direcţiile.
Astfel blocate, roţile vor rămâne aliniate pentru o mai uşoară deplasare în linie dreaptă.

sistem de montare (a rotilor in piciarele utilajului) prin rotire si fixare cu stift
Nu poate fi vorba despre blocarea rotilor pentru a usura mobilitatea (!?). Cred ca este vorba de un sistem de montare si demontare rapida, cu fixare prin stift. Un sistem de montare tip baioneta (impingere, rotire si blocare pe unul sau doua stifturi, acest sistem este folosit la duliile becurilor de masina si la unele obiective foto demontabile).
