Dupa parerea mea, "proactive" este aici doar un cuvant de umplutura care nu aduce nici o contributie la mesajul propozitiei si in romana orice incercare de a-l traduce ar suna probabil nenatural.

Propozitia ar fi ceva de genul:
In cazul in care apar probleme, va asiguram o consultanta permanenta prin serviciul nostru care va sta la dispozitie 24 de ore pe zi.
