- marja este nivelul minim pe care clientul trebuie sa-l mentina in contul de marja deschis la SSIF pentru garantarea tranzactiilor in marja. Marja poate fi constituita in numerar, valori mobiliare, precum si in titluri de stat cu scadenta mai mica de 12 luni;
- apel in marja reprezinta cererea cu titlu de obligativitate pentru incadrarea in limitele impuse prin contract in cazul contului in marja;
- contul de marja reprezinta contul in care se inregistreaza tranzactiile in marja cu valori mobiliare/instrumente financiare derivate.

cumparare/tranzactie in marja
Clientul pune la dispozitie numai un procent (stabilit de comun acord cu broker-ul) din ceea ce se doreste sa achizitioneze. Restul sumei este acoperit de un credit furnizat de broker.
