English to Romanian Marketing Business/Commerce (general)

The total sum to be paid to seller under this clause shall not exceed the total agreement price as reduced by the amount of payments otherwise made and as further reduced by the agreement price of work terminated and will not include any consideration for loss of anticipated profits on the terminated work, all claims for wihich seller agrees to waive.
