Fralda calça (descartável)

Pull-ups are (usually disposable)diapers used both for babies training their independence, as for people with urinary diseases. On your context it is not clear what is the sense. If for babies "fralda de treinamento" would be a better choice (PT-BR) as it is the expression seen on drugstores.
in Brazil there is not a consolidated term for it yet, so it's only a suggestion.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you all, guys. All of you were absolutely on target. Today I walked down an aisle of the grocery store I never venture in, and found the pull-ups. They are also called training pants, which corroborates what you say. I will use fralda-calca because there are two different types: one for boys, and one for girls. Therefore, fralda-cueca, or fralda tipo cueca, even though correct, would not be totally appropriate. Thanks again for all your help. You are terrific."
