airmailrpl is right Pessoal, o autor quis dizer que o tanque é feito de uma peça inteiriça, certamente extrudada. Os motociclistas do forum certamente sabem que as moto vendidas para nós, simples mortais tem o tanque em aço, de duas peças soldadas - esse de aluminio extrudado deve ser carissimo - é mais seguro por não ter soldas e mais leve.

Já me deparei com esta palavra antes, e a única solução que encontrei foi omitir a tradução da palavra "billet", que segundo pesquisas que fiz, pode significar lingote.
Houve casos também em que somente a palavra billet apareceu, como no exemplo abaixo (consulte também o link).
