Widziałem w KudoZ, ale poszukuję czegoś innego.
Tekst dotyczący tworzenia planów marketingowych. Fraza znajduje się w drugim akapicie, jednak na wszelki wypadek podaję też akapit wcześniejszy.

Nie jest to dosłowne tłumaczenie, ale trafniejsze niż podana w Kudoz 'wizja'. Łatwo zrozumieć znaczenie tego wyrażenia porównując je do 'mission statement'. Podczas gdy 'mission statement' określa bezpośrednie cele firmy (i jest adresowana głównie do liderów)'vision statement'określa te cele w oparciu o ideologię/ filozofię i zasady, jakimi kieruje się dana organizacja (tak aby zmotywowac pracowników i przekonać klientów). A więc moja propozycja w tym kontekście to szumna 'ideologia firmy'.

I jeszcze definicja, na potwierdzenie mojego wyjanienia:
Vision Statements also define the organizations purpose, but this time they do so in terms of the organization's values rather than bottom line measures (values are guiding beliefs about how things should be done.) The vision statement communicates both the purpose and values of the organization. For employees, it gives direction about how they are expected to behave and inspires them to give their best. Shared with customers, it shapes customers' understanding of why they should work with the organization.

What's the relationship between your marketing plan and your business plan or vision statement? - to jakby zapytać: Czy twój marketing/ biznes plan ma jakiś związek z/ jest oparty na jakiejś ideologii? I dalej następuje rozwinięcie tej myśli: Your business plan spells out what your business is about-what you do and don't do, and what your ultimate goals are... - czyli mówiąc krótko - biznes plan powinien być oparty na jakiejś ideologii (cele, zasady, co można a czego nie itp...)

Z tym 'co można a czego nie' trochę pojechałam, nie chcę komplikować sprawy. Ideologia czy filizofia firmy to bardzo popularne frazy i pasują do tego tekstu, więc chyba nie ma co się zbyt wdrażać :-)
