Nie, w całym tekście, który jest spory, słowo "issue" pojawia się tylko raz. Myślałam, że "issue" ma może coś wspólnego z "utilisation date".

Issue to też "emisja" - może w tekście jest też mowa o emisji jakichś obligacji na przykład?

Może tekst jest według jakiejś formatki i zawieruszyła się issue date, która w tej konkretnej umowie nie występuje :-)

W tekście nie ma żadnego odniesienia do "issue date", dlatego zastanawiam się, do czego się to odnosi. Kredytobiorca dostarczył świadectwo 4 dni przed proponowaną datą wykorzystania środków lub datą wystawienia.
