English to Polish Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

Distributor will defend, indemnify and hold harmless X and its officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns against all direct or indirect losses, damages or expenses, including attorneys’ fees and defense costs, which they may incur as a result of any breach of this Agreement, negligence or other tort, and claims by Distributor’s employees or agents.
