ciekawe, bo w przypadku postepowan w toku, to mam podane osobno obok outstanding litigation (zazwyczaj) , ale jesli ktos chce wrzucac wszystko do jednego worka? Trudno. No to od tego są spory a nie sprawy w toku w sadzie, nie sądzisz?
