A ja znalazłam, że "blobbing out" to wła¶nie takie relaksowanie się, np. przed telewizorem. Ostatni link (chyba szkoła medytacji) podaje nawet ukute przez siebie tłumaczenie: "blobowanie" ;o) (w każdym razie definicja na pewno się przyda).
