Dokumentacja irlandzkiej spółki private unlimited with share capital (wydruk z bazy prowadzonej przez ichniejszy urząd rejestrowy spółek) zawiera sekcję z wykazem dokumentów składanych na przestrzeni lat przez tę spółkę. Między innymi (sprawozdaniami rocznymi, zawiadomieniami o zmianie członków zarządu, wysokości kapitału itd.) znajduje się właśnie powyższe wyrażenie - jest opatrzone datą wpływu, rejestracji i numerem. Wcześniej w tym samym dokumencie "charge" funkcjonuje jako "zastaw", ale tutaj kompletnie nie wiem o co chodzi??

Registration of a Charge
When the CRO is satisfied that the statutory requirements have been met, a certificate of charge is issued. The certificate is conclusive evidence that the requirements of the Companies Act have been complied with. A filing fee of 40 euro is required for each of the following forms submitted.
