Expectations on Line Managers

Just as it is the responsibility of individuals to ensure their compliance with the all PTW training requirements, it is the responsibility of all line managers to ensure that their teams meet all basic training requirements, and their performance will be assessed against this expectation.


There may be rare circumstances where a line manager believes it is appropriate to extend the completion period for a requirement. This can only be done with the approval of the RBL or Function Leader.
