Nesuprantu, ką šiame kontekste gali reikšti "flows", nes kalbama apie jų pateikimą peržiūrėti. Šiaip pagalbinio dokumento žodynėlyje buvo toks terminas "business flows", kuris verčiamas "procesų eiga" arba "operacijų eiga". Bet tai nelabai padeda, nes vis tiek išeina, kad tas žodis reiškia "eiga", o čia tas aiškiai netinka.
