English term

most dependent portion of the amniotic membrane

English to Japanese Medical Medical (general)
Fetal membranes develop as three concentric sacs, each making a cavity, each
fabricating a colloid. They are, from the outside in, the trophoblast (which later
sloughs, contributing to the placenta), the yolk sac, and the amnion. The embryonic
plate, out of which fetal organs will emerge, is formed by the descent of the
amniotic sac until the most dependent portion of the amniotic membrane approaches
the most dependent portion of the yolk membrane. In this area of close
approximation the yolk membrane evaginates and the amniotic membrane invaginates,
each forming a leaf of tissue. These two leaves, with yolk colloid between,
form the embryonic plate.

羊膜の最も(重力)下方部

Dependent portion is the lower part of a cavity or space in gravitational direction. We often describes in CT images where fluid accumulates or the collapsed portion of lung(s) due to the weight of the tissue at the lower part of the body, so if a dog is sternal then ventral portion and so forth.

Can't point you out to a specific site but you can google in words like "fluid accumulation dependent portion" and get the meaning, if you haven't already known about this word. Then in Japanese I'm not too sure but we usually use 「下方」meaning lower part. I'd like to add 「重力」to make sure. Good luck !
