複数ならばこう訳せるのでは？という提案です。
SPONSORが一社だけでも presenting sponsorという言葉を使うのが一般的ならば私のanswerは、正しくありません。
sponsorが複数でsponsorの種類も多岐にわたる場合位の低い（出資額のより少ない）社との差別化を計りたいのが人情では？

: Denda disagrees. Since E-J is not my bag, I can't tell you the difference between 主催 and 協賛. (Although Denda's references helped.) I see the two together often enough in rock concerts "organized" by FM stations and "supported" by beverage manufacturer

: そのとおり。スポンサー、パトロンというと水商売の女性のダンナのことが普通です。でもこれはまったく違う話です。また提供という言葉だけだと訳にならないのでは？
