a) The motivation of the practical use of the results obtained should be further clearly addressed.
b) The paper seems technical correct, but more explanations/remarks would be helpful to demonstrate a truly significant and novel contribution.
c) The significance of the paper should be clearly explained relative to previous work.
d) In the simulation, the set-up of the parameters needs to be clarified. Also, how sensitive/robust of the model proposed　respect to the variation of the parameters?
