pls note i appreciate your input as much as Mr Shore's. under the current system of this KudoZ, we're forced to choose one 'most' useful answer even though it can be in fact hard to do so on times (which i do not suppose is best as i mentioned somewhere else before). as to detinition of Osteopathy, Wikipedia does give us a background, however, i have to think about specific appropriateness as an official term. thank you, again.

Therefore MD and DO are listed in the available options for this entry; it depends on the patient (parents here) whether they would like to have MD or DO -- or even OTHER -- operating; Forms must have all the options as you know.
