"The product must not enter effluent, ground water, surface water or the soil"
Grazie! (mi scuso, la domanda è noiosa, abbiate pazienza...)

acqua freatica / falda freatica
Ho trovato questo:
Ground water: the portion that emerges as seepage or springs constitutes subsurface run-off;REF:Ford-Robertson,Soc Am Foresters
Subterranean water / sub-soil water / phreatic surface / ground water / phreatic water :
these terms are sometimes used as synonymous with ground water and sometimes as synonymous with subsurface water; the free subsurface water in a zone of saturation, standing in or passing (=groundwater flow) through the soil and/or the underlying strata

acque sotterranee
direi, più in generale:
scarichi, acque di superficie e sotterranee e suolo
esempio:
http://www.chimsider.it/docs/SolfatoAmmonicoIndustriale.PDF
Ciao :-)
