: Sono d'accordo con Anne perché, appunto, non si parla di "actual abandonment", ma "constructive", cioè, anche se non è stata lasciata la casa coniugale, la condotta della parte convenuta genera una insoddisfazione che in NY è base per un "fault divorce"
