English term

that it is final

English to Italian Law/Patents Law (general) Divorce declaration
This will confirm that I represented yyy on her divorce, and ***that it is final***.
Grazie in anticipo!

EN-IT Sì, grazie Valeria, è inglese- italiano, correggo subito. Scusate!

Manuela, forse è EN-IT?

Proposed translations

5 mins

the decree absolute has been issued

Could it be this?

and that it [the divorce referred to] is final

there is no specific mention of any particular decree or document being issued, or not issued. This may have happened, but it is not the translator's job to put in things that aren't there.

sentenza definitiva
