English to Italian Bus/Financial Finance (general)

Scusate se vi ripropongo questo termine, che tra l'altro è già presente nei glossari.
Tuttavia, non riesco a capire se nei miei casi possa essere tradotto sempre con lo stesso termine (ad esempio persona giuridica??) o meno.
Ad esempio è presente nelle seguenti frasi:

Company=
The legal entity of a corporation within a country. In SAP, the Company is higher in the structure than the Company Code; however, they are linked together.
Company Code=
The Financial Company that costs are allocated to during payroll processing. Lowest level entity that cost is posted to. Does not have to be a legal entity.
Reference Indicator=
Short code, which identifies where an employee or an organisational unit fits into the organisation, where costs should be allocated and where they are located.Generally, the reference indicator is defined by the legal entity within a country. Some companies have defined the reference indicators across country lines.
