in inglese "board marker" è colui che scrive alla lavagna quotazioni in aste, ad es. (si dice anche e-board marker se le scrive a PC).

Non ho idea come si dica in italiano, né ho trovato, neanche in inglese, traccia dello stesso ruolo su oil rigs

Marker significa anche tracciatore...board potrebbe essere anche quadro di comando, (in tal caso control sarebbe sottointeso).

Whilst onboard Dell’s primary job description includes being responsible for all correspondence coming in and out of the submarine. His other duties onboard include acting as a Planes man (steering the submarine), the Education Officer’s assistant and damage control headquarters incident board marker.

So basically the person in charge of keeping the info on a board up to date... however you would put that in Italian!

I also found an oil-rig headhunter site (see link below) but no mention of board markers.

dalle mie ricerche ( ma non e' il mio campo di specializzazione)
sembrerebbe poiche' spesso delle boe di diverso colore (rosse, nere, blu, etc),come mezzo di aiuto navigazionale (significanti percio' diverse cose) il responsabile in questione sia a capo di trascrivere le diverse informazioni sul tabulato e rendere la piattaforma in qualche modo piu' sicura sia a livello preventivo che in caso di emergenza.Malgrado abbia cercato non sono stato in grado di trovare la definizione perfetta.
