LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The Customer undertakes that each advertisement managed or placed in connection with the use of the Software will: (a) accord with all relevant laws, codes, rules and regulations (including, without limitation, any rules or regulations promulgated by local, national or regional standards authorities in any jurisdiction in which such advertisement is accessible); and (b) not infringe the copyright, moral rights, patent or other proprietary rights of any person, nor will any content contained therein otherwise contravene the rights of any person or require payment.
