Di pabrik-pabrik sering diadakan rapat reguler oleh para karyawan/manajemen, terutama bagian engineering/teknik, yang kerap disebut 'tool box talks'. Sebenarnya setiap perusahaan menyebutnya dengan nama berbeda-beda, jadi ada baiknya menanyakan pada klien apakah 'tool box' itu harus tetap ada, atau cukup menggunakan 'rapat karyawan'.
