A műszaki szótárban, gépészeti vonatkozásban találtam: csuklósan mozgó, lengő, önbeálló. A Safety brake ábrája ilyesmi lábakat (talpakat) mutat. Sztem a csuklós, vagy önbeálló talppal nem nyúlsz mellé.
