English to German Other Textiles / Clothing / Fashion sports

I am looking for a general term of technical clothing to use in a catalogue. We are talking bike clothing (everything from hard-core racing shorts to commuter type baggy shorts, etc.). To me, technical clothing means everything made out of any kind of microfibre that is functional - pretty much everything a more or less serious cyclist would wear, but made out of all kinds of different technical materials. A similar term came up in Kudoz before and "Hochleistungsfaser" or "High-tech" came up, but these are big words... Is there anything else out there without getting into a specific type of microfibre? I don´t think "funktionell" would be the right term either.
