Assuming that this question is related to your other queries concerning a weighing system, loadout would be Beladung (eines Lkw).
The way this is accomplished is by having the various single size materials put into storage bins at the loadout sites. The gates under each of these bins are very accurate, and open up to provide the right percentage of eachmaterial required for a particular blend. This enables Rinker to have an unlimited number of blends to meet the different specifications of different customers, because every truck load or rail car is blended independently. The conveyor belt beneath the bins at each of the coarse, intermediate and rail car loadouts have accurate belt scales that track the rate the belts are being loaded and how many tons have actually been put on the belt. So when a truck leaves the in-bound scale, his blend immediately gets put in queue, or if there are no trucks in front of him, the blend immediately starts to get loaded and deposited into one of the loadout bins. When the driver gets to the assigned loadout bin, he waits for his number to come up and then pulls up underneath the bin. After the truck is positioned, the driver initiates the loading , making sure that he distributes the load evenly. When the truck is loaded, the driver goes to the out-bound scale and is then on his way. The complete operation is done without any help from anyone at the site. " The beauty of this system," says Glottmann, " is not only the greater consistency of product, but the accuracy of the weight that we are putting into those trucks. We're loading those trucks generally within 200 to 300 pounds accuracy because of accurate belt scales."
