Business Units

A Business Unit is primarily where the customer is served and shareholder value is created. In addition to its unique mission, value proposition, and risk management, a Business Unit must have the following:

· **Operational capability**

a. Leadership with a multi-year outlook and commitment necessary to achieve the strategic plan

b. Resources or access to resources sufficient to execute business plans and operate within Enterprise frameworks

c. A unique measurable P&L in which key business drivers are under the control/influence of the Business Unit Leadership

· Earnings and return profiles that justify resource allocation in the Business Unit

a. Capability to create Shareholder value of more than $30 million annual net income within a 5- year strategic planning period

b. Strategic Plan to grow net income by 15% annually
