English term
work product (here)
English to German
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
network provider/consulting
"XYZ Project Manager
The XYZ Networks person authorized to (a) designate the work to be performed and/or the work product to be produced by the Consultant, the Ceiling Euro Amount to be paid by XYZ Networks, and the date by which services are to be performed by Consultant, (b) to process the Purchase Requisition when the Agreement is signed, and (c) to monitor the progress of Consultant in performing the tasks specified in the appropriate Statement of Work."

"work to be performed" meint hier bestimmt den immateriellen Teil, die Dienstleistung, also vielleicht die eigentliche Beratungstätigkeit.
"work product" bezeichnet hier m.
