Es geht um Unterlagen, die die Verkäuferin im Rahmen einer Unternehmensübernahme an die Käuferin aushändigen muss. Hierunter ist u.a. aufgelistet:
(k) title insurance company affidavits in form and substance satisfactory to such title company to enable the title company to issue in favor of the Purchaser and the Purchaser’s lender, if any, an owner’s and a lender’s policy of title insurance with extended coverage for each parcel of Real Property and to enable the title company to issue a *non-imputation endorsement* with respect to each of the Purchaser’s title insurance policies
