Könnte der Ausgangstext aus UK oder Kanada stammen? Letzten Sommer haben sich meine amerikanischen Freunde krank gelacht über diesen neu geprägten Begriff. Scheint alles möglich um umfassen, vom Fischteich im Garten bis zur Wasserskulptur in Eingangshallen.

Der Satz ist wie folgt zu verstehen: availability of water for irrigation and for water features. Allein daraus ergibt sich schon, dass es sich bei \"water features\" um künstlich angelegte Gewässer handelt. Teiche, Fontänen, künstliche Wasserfälle, Wasserskulpturen, etc. unter dem Begriff \"Wasseranlagen\" zusammenzufassen gefällt mir gar nicht.
