English term

culture

English to German Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Acquisitions
The company outlines its criteria for making large acquisitions:

"Strategy - Target must fit portfolio and business strategy
Integration - We must have sufficient internal capacity to integrate (operations and culture)"

I'm not sure about the term "culture"in this context and would be thankful for any help!
