I only found it partly translated: europäische Entwickungsbanken
So yes, I would keep it in the original and add an explanation in German.
In Dutch it was translated as "Associatie van Europese Ontwikkelingsbanken" (EURODICAUTOM) and that's given me a lead to "Entwickungsbanken", as follows:
