English to French Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications) two-way mobile radio
THis appears in a chart that's giving specs on roof-top two-way mobile radios. It's the elevated-feed part I need help with. Here's the description of the antenna: 700/800 MHz Standard Rooftop mount; elevated-feed 3 dBd gain. Thank you.

IMPORTANT! Do please note that it is 3 dBd — that little 'd' on the end is not a mistake, it's vitally important!
