Mock cycle is a model reproducing the female cycle.
Syphillis results after screening for STDs.
High vaginal swab means either with a high pathogenic load or sampled next to the cervix.
Chlamidia swab is screening for chlamidia, agents of the pstitacosis-llymphogranuloma-trachoma disease groups.
Ultra sound scan is the common imagery used for soft tissues and during pregnancy to check foetal growth, but in this case to assess the state of female reproductive organs before IVF.

Sorry, I forgot to add that the above mentioned pathogens may have teratogenic effect on the foetus (malformation) and sometimes cause miscarriage or death in utero.
