This question belongs to the electrical engineering category rather than to the mechanical engineering category. The proposed term is the one used to express this concept. I have no references that have to do specifically with gas turbines, but if I look up the above mentioned ISO standard, this is clearly what they mean. If you look it up in a search engine, you will find lots of references.
