The day starts with a stand-up meeting to exchange information, and discuss problems, deliveries, progress, breaks, etc. It involves the production manager, sector leader, safety manager, quality manager, repair manager, maintenance manager, supply chain manager, etc. Next, targets and priorities for the coming 24 hours are defined and shared with
maintenance operators, team leaders and operators
at the beginning of each shift.
Responsibilities:
• To manufacture products
according to standards.
• To adjust products for variants
so that each model
conforms to standards.
• To ensure Safety, Quality,
Environment, Cost as per
standard.
• To analyze non-conformities,
find root causes and
take immediate and
long-term action.
• To suggest improvements
for processes and
standards.
• To communicate within the
team and with other teams.
