Dans un "Restricted Shares Award Agreement", il est précisé:

Each spouse individually is bound by, and such spouse's interest, if any, in any Awarded Shares is subject to, the terms of this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement shall create a community property interest where none otherwise exists.
