Contexte :
"(2) ARTIST(s)/PRODUCER agree that PURCHASER may use ARTIST(s)'s or PRODUCER's name, pictures, photographs, and other life-likeness in connection with the advertising and publicizing of the engagement hereunder, but such use shall not be as an endorsement or indication of use of any product or service."
Je sais qu' "endorsement" peut signifier "approbation" notamment (dixit Proz) mais suivi ici de "indication", je n'en saisi pas bien le sens. "approbation ou indication de l'utilisation de tout produit ou service" me laisse perplexe.
