no-flush signifie effectivement sans vidage, mais cela ne veut pas dire grand chose.
Le contexte est : un fichier en cours de modification, une mode mono-utilisateur et pas de vidage.
Je pense qu'il s'agit donc du rafraîchissement nécessaire d'un fichier lorsqu'il est modifié en réseau par plusieurs personnes, autrement dit sa mise à jour avant présentation. Le vidage c'est l'inscription dans le fichier des modifications faites et leur suppression du tampon des modifications.
