The following is what I got from the client:
Curiously, 'OFF' seems to mean the same as 'OF'... or 'x', as in:
1 OFF means "Quantity 1" or "1 piece"
Hope this makes things clearer.

I am going to Squash this item and start a new one.
The CMAC shall be based on Rittal bayable enclosure system or equivalent. The overall dimensions for the CMAC shall be confirmed following mechanical design.
The minimum enclosure rating shall be IP54.The CMAC shall be arranged for front maintenance access only, bottom cable entry. The CMAC shall be powder coated RAL7044 (To be confirmed)..
The incoming supply to the CMAC Cubicle shall be 220V SP & N from the LVMCC.
The CMAC shall house the following equipment: -
1 Off �C Internal isolator (enclosed)
8 Off �C DP MCBs for 220V subdistribution
4 Off �C Transformer PTC Relays
2 Off �C Leakage detection Relays (Free Issue)
1 Off �C 24V DC Power Supply for I/O and control circuits (10A)
1 Set �C Fused Terminals for 24V DC Distribution
1 Set �C PLC Hardware (Simatic S7) as follows
