红豆杉(Taxus sp.)又名紫杉，属裸子植物红豆杉科(Taxaceae)红豆杉
属(Taxus)植物，分布于欧亚大陆和北美的寒带、温带及亚热带地区。1971
年Wani等人从短叶红豆杉(Taxus brevifolia)分离到抗癌活性成分紫杉醇
（Taxol）［1］，此后，人们对该种植物的兴趣与日俱增。然而，紫杉醇在
红豆杉中含量通常仅占树皮干重的0.02%，而且红豆杉在地球上分布星散、
生长缓慢。为了解决红豆杉的资源问题，除进行人工田间栽培外，还可利用
组织培养法进行大量繁殖。我国有4种红豆杉和1个变种，迄今为止，尚未有
人对其中的红豆杉(T.chinensis)和南方红豆杉(T.chinensis var. mairei)
进行体细胞胚胎发生的研究。能否利用体细胞胚胎发生途径实现这2种红豆
杉的快速繁殖呢?基于这种考虑，我们以红豆杉和南方红豆杉为材料，进行
了体细胞胚胎发生的诱导及细胞学观察的研究，旨在为红豆杉的大量繁殖开
辟一条新途径。现将有关方法和结果报道如下。
