谢谢！我个人也倾向于‘参比物质’，但《英汉化学化工词汇》列出的是‘标准物质’，所以我把两者都列出。但对于Reference substance，《英汉化学化工词汇》列出的是‘参比物’和‘标准物’两者。应该说，两者都对。其实，Reference material 与Reference substance是一回事。
