D.O.=Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, The chief of our internal medicine departemnt is a D.O. In the physician directory, I translated it into ���˿�ҽѧ��ʿ. This is given by many dictionaries. It happened many patietns with fractures or other bone diseases requested to see her. But she is an internist, just a regular doctor as an MD. She turned to me for a better translation. She needs to solve the problem of receiving so many phone calls from Othopeadic patients. I don't know what to do. Maybe i will just translated it as a MD later. The requirements of entering a DO program is exactly the same as those for entering MD programs. The curricula are very similar. What does everybody think?
