something like 潇洒
insouciance (literary) = a relaxed and happy way of acting without worry or guilt. eg I admired his youthful insouciance.
潇洒 = (of a person's appearance, demeanour, carriage, etc) natural and unrestrained eg 举止潇洒 carry oneself with ease and natural poise 神情潇洒 look natural and unaffected
