English to Chinese Other Mechanics / Mech Engineering �c�p�x���P

Hi there, I just wonder if there is anything who is familiar with this term? I couldn't quite find a good (Chinese) translation for that. I checked some Chinese websites and it seems many have kept it untranslated. So I would like to know your opinion on this... Thanks in advance!
