在英文中，用they指代公司、企业、组织的情况比比皆是，尽管按我们的理解，似乎用it更显合理^_^

"They" refer to "commemorative products." 不过句子的理解是：
这些American Registry所设计出的产品掌握了American Registry的品牌精神，这个精神也就是后面的“尽可能展现出公司最难能可贵的成就”。
别忘了对等连接词“and” 习惯上的修词用法还包括了补述内容说明。Eg. I give him the consent and let him do it. （and 后面的”let him do it" 进一步说明了“give the consent" 的内容--”and" 表前后对等，而不完全表示"then")
换句话说， "capture the likeness of our brand" 和后面的“do the very best work possible in order to display..." 在意义上指涉的是同一事。
AR公司的品牌精神是 “do the very best work possible in order to display（AR公司的成就）"， 而AR为其客户公司所设计出的产品，也一样是“do the very best work possible in order to display（客户公司的成就）" 。
如果厘清了这点，就不会造成翻译时语义混肴、张冠李戴的问题。
