忠实于原文是最重要的。perceived是表达主观看法的用语，我感觉翻成‘所谓的’有违作者的本意。黑客们向来只对在他们看来deserve被攻击的目标下手，所以这里是他们percieved injustices and violations of free speech，用了’所谓的‘就失去了这层意思，变成了作者perceived ’所谓的‘ injustices and violations of free speech。不过翻译在不少时候是见仁见智的事情，未见得总能有个统一的看法，我完全理解。

我觉得中文里‘所谓的’隐含贬义，这里perceived翻成‘所谓的’，意指后面的‘不公正和侵犯言论自由的行为’在大多数人眼里并非真相。这个恐怕和原文的意思是不一致的。原文是中性的，即承认有的时候黑客们认为的不公正和对言论自由的侵犯和大多数人的看法有可能是一致的。用了‘所谓的’就把这层意思抹掉了。Jacky也指出perceived means “as seen or understood by an individual”，但关键在于这个句子里谁是其中的individual？是每一个执行攻击的黑客。
