这是指澳大利亚Villawood detention centre内的几个难民居住区，Stage One 供危险性小的难民住，Stage Two供危险性大的难民。好象还有Stage Three。
不知这里的Stage译成什么好些？这个为官方文件用的，所以译名最好不能太难听。

因为是根据该区对难民进行分类管理的，所以可以称＂一类，二类，三类难民区＂．当然，如果一个区就是某栋楼，你就可说＂＂一类，二类，三类难民楼＂．

为何不考虑“阶段”呢？我觉得“阶段”挺贴切的。因为难民从落地澳洲到经过工作培训，达到生活自理或自食其力的程度，都是阶段性的发展。可以考虑把Stage One翻译成“第一阶段居住区”，Stage Two为“第二阶段居住区”。你们看这样还难听吗？

: I live about 10 km from Villawood and I do interpreting there often. Kevin 's translation seems to be used most often. Most of the time we use English and simply call them Stage 1 and Stage 2 without having to translate them.
